Schulze Brakel is the premier European manufacturer of windscreens made of reticular foam. These wind gags can be tailored to your own design with your own decoration or station logo printed on them. The acoustic properties have been tested by leading microphone manufacturers and neither the applied logos nor decoration influence the acoustic properties of these wind screens.

First Sense Limited can supply individual windscreens in standard form and size for every microphone currently manufactured. We also offer windscreens dyed with a colour of your choice using the Pantone printing colour scheme.

Foam flags are especially economic in price and can also be manufactured individually. A mic flag can be used on it's own to display a logo or line of text under the head of the stick mic. Being made of the same reticular foam as the wind gag they are not only lighter and quieter than the traditional plastic type but do not affect the performance of the mic they are fitted to.

Flags can also be used in conjunction with a wind gag to enable additional graphic detail to be added to the mic, e.g. the generic station logo can be shown on the windscreen while a specific programme name can be printed on the flag.
